Step 3: Layout & Dry Fitting
Before setting any tile, we map out the layout to ensure balanced lines and clean symmetry. We perform a dry run to avoid awkward cuts, align patterns, and position borders or mosaics. This step guarantees a visually pleasing and well-planned installation.
Step 4: Tile Installation
Using premium thinset and precise techniques, we install each tile according to the planned layout. Tiles are leveled, spaced, and aligned carefully, with clean cuts around plumbing, outlets, and fixtures. Whether on floors, walls, or showers, we ensure a durable, professional finish.
Step 5: Grouting & Cleaning
After the tile sets, we apply grout that complements your tile selection. We fill joints evenly, remove residue, and polish the surface to a clean, uniform finish. Specialty grout options are available for kitchens, showers, and high-moisture areas.
Step 6: Sealing, Final Inspection & Clean-Up
If required, we apply a protective sealer to natural stone and grout to enhance durability. We finish with a full inspection, verify all tiles are properly set, and clean the workspace—removing dust, debris, and materials so your new tile surface is ready to enjoy.
